If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we will do our best to provide you with a flexible return service.

1. Returnable Conditions
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Packaged intact and with all accessories
Attached with order number or proof of purchase
Note: Returns due to personal preference (such as color/style not suitable) are subject to the buyer’s return shipping costs.
2. Non-returnable Conditions We cannot accept the following return requests:
Products that have been used or have obvious signs of wear and tear
Products that are obviously damaged by human factors (such as broken)
Products that have exceeded the return application period
Products specially marked as “non-returnable” or “clearance sale”
3. Return process
Please contact us via email at tax.helpdesk@ecoglassflow.com and attach the order number and reason for return.
Customer service will respond within 1 business day and provide a return address and instructions.
Please package the item properly and send it back, and keep the logistics tracking number after sending it.
We will process the refund within 5 business days after receiving the item and confirming the status is correct.
4. Refund method
The refund will be returned to your original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on the payment channel, usually 5 business days.
5. Damaged/wrongly sent goods
If the item you received is damaged, missing or does not match the order, please contact customer service by email within 48 hours, and we will replace or refund it for free.
